Meet Our Founder
I'm Marina — PhD economist, Certified ScrumMaster, and founder of AI4Biz Consulting.
I work with founders and operational teams who are tired of buying tools that don't stick, and ready to build systems that actually run.
My perspective comes from 25 years of watching organizations make the same mistake: investing in solutions before understanding what's broken.
I've seen it across three industries and two countries — and it never changes.
Early in my career, I spent years in banking at Gazprombank, where financial risk analysis taught me to look for structural problems, not surface symptoms. I then moved into academic leadership, spending over a decade managing operations for a university of 13,000+ students — where complexity is the baseline, and nothing works unless the system behind it does.
After relocating to Canada, I spent 15 years in real estate and property management, overseeing large residential portfolios and operational teams.
That's where it became undeniable: most operational problems aren't technological. They're structural.
That insight is what AI4Biz is built on.

What we do
We help small and mid-sized businesses design the operational infrastructure that makes AI actually work — not just demo well, but deliver in daily operations.
That means process mapping, workflow automation, AI voice agents, lead systems, and training your team to use it all without needing an IT department to hold their hand.
Every engagement starts with how your business actually runs — before touching a single tool.
Most businesses don't have an AI problem.
They have a process problem.
Broken workflows don't get better when you add technology on top of them. They get more expensive, harder to manage, and faster to fall apart.
That's what we fix.
